How to request documentation
State required documents on the RFQ or purchase order — not only on the day of shipment. Commercial paperwork, material certificates, inspection reports and third-party witnessing each affect lead time, lot traceability and cost. If your import workflow needs a fixed document set (for example MTC plus dimensional report plus packing photos), list document type, language, number of copies and whether originals or PDF scans are acceptable. We confirm scope on the quotation so documents are prepared with production rather than rushed after packing.
Commercial invoice and packing list
When provided: with every export shipment. Notes: Describes goods, quantities, HS codes where applicable, net and gross weights and package count. Packing lists match carton or crate marks so your warehouse can reconcile arrival against the PO. Special marking, neutral packing or split shipments should be noted on the order.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
When provided: on request when noted on the PO — typically for stainless wire, mesh or sheet raw material. Notes: Summarizes heat or lot number, chemical composition and mechanical properties from the material producer. MTC supports your incoming QA; it is not a substitute for outgoing dimensional or functional inspection of the finished filter part unless your specification says so.
EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate
When provided: on request for applicable wire, sheet or mesh materials when your QA file requires producer inspection documentation. Notes: Scope follows the material grade and mill practice — confirm whether 3.1 alone is sufficient or whether additional outgoing inspection is required on the fabricated part. Lead time may extend when certificate translation or extra mill release steps are needed.
Certificate of Conformity (COC)
When provided: with shipment when agreed on the PO. Notes: Declares that the supplied goods meet the specification on the order — dimensions, material grade, mesh count or fabrication requirements as applicable. COC content is aligned to what was actually inspected; it does not certify tests that were not performed.
Certificate of Analysis (COA) and inspection report
When provided: on request when outgoing inspection or composition verification is part of the order scope. Notes: May include dimensional summary, mesh count check, visual weld assessment or other agreed checkpoints. Define checklist depth on the RFQ so inspection time is included in lead time and price.
Third-party inspection (SGS, BV and similar)
When provided: buyer-arranged for project orders — we cooperate at the factory when scope, date and cost are confirmed on the quote. Notes: Pre-shipment inspection, witness points during production or document review can be supported. Notify us early so production hold points align with the inspector schedule.
Certificate scans on this website
When provided: only verified corporate or quality certificates are published in the certificate wall. Notes: If a scan is not shown, ask for the current document set with your inquiry ? we share applicable certificates on request and avoid displaying documents that cannot be substantiated.
