How to place an order

Send product type, material, dimensions, quantity, application and drawing or sample photos via the inquiry form or email.

Engineering reviews spec and replies with manufacturability feedback, lead time and quote—typically within 24 business hours.

Confirm PO with agreed scope, documents and delivery terms; production starts after spec lock and any sample approval.

Packaging & shipping

Mesh rolls are wrapped and boxed; cut discs and screen packs use layered separators in cartons.

Larger fabricated parts are crated with corner protection; packing photos available on request before shipment.

Export documents include commercial invoice and packing list; MTC and inspection reports when ordered.

OEM & ODM· 04

OEM & ODM projects

NDA available before drawing exchange. We support OEM filter elements, fabricated assemblies and repeat production.

First-article inspection and dimensional reports can be agreed for validation projects.

Repeat orders use archived drawings and layer lists to keep dimensions consistent.

Quality issues: send photos, batch reference and inspection data for review.

If a confirmed quality issue is found, we work with the buyer to arrange replacement, repair, credit or corrective action according to the agreed order terms.

Engineering remains available for reorder, spec tweaks and duty changes on future batches.
