Process notes for ordering.

Polymer melt filtration duty depends on resin type, melt temperature, throughput, contamination level and whether the line uses a manual breaker plate or continuous screen changer. The ranges below are typical starting points for quotation — operating limits vary by equipment and must be confirmed per project before production release.

For recycling lines, describe regrind source and worst-case contamination so the pre-layer is not under-sized.
