Filter Cartridges
Reusable stainless and sintered metal cartridges for high temperature, pressure and harsh chemical service.
KAIFIL manufactures stainless steel wire mesh filter cartridges, filter cylinders, filter discs, strainer baskets and woven wire mesh products for industrial filtration and custom fabrication.

Reusable stainless and sintered metal cartridges for high temperature, pressure and harsh chemical service.

Extruder screen packs and stainless filter discs — single layer or multi-layer, spot-welded to spec.

Conical and cylindrical strainer elements for startup protection and permanent coarse filtration.

Slot-profile screen cylinders and panels for wells, intake screening and heavy-duty separation.

Plain, twill and dutch weave for screening, support layers and micron-rated filtration — rolls to framed panels.

Welded mesh tubes and cylindrical filter elements for support, protection and pre-filtration — built to your dimensions.

Rigid, cleanable sintered media for precision filtration where mesh alone is not enough.

Rigid perforated and expanded sheet for mesh support, diffusion layers and industrial backing plates.

OEM mesh and filter parts from your drawing — cutting, welding, assembly and packing to spec.

Wire mesh discs, multilayer extruder screen packs and sintered melt filters for virgin and recycled polymer lines. Send mesh count or micron target, breaker-plate OD and changer type for a technical quotation.

We read mesh count, micron targets, pressure/temperature and material notes before quoting—not just SKU lists.
Send CAD, hand sketches or a worn sample; we confirm weave, edge treatment and tolerance before production.
Mesh rolls, filter discs, cartridges, wedge wire and fabricated strainers from one supplier reduces sourcing friction.
English engineering support, packing photos on request, and documents aligned to your import workflow.
Send mesh count or micron target, open area needs, material grade, dimensions (roll width/length or cut size), edge treatment, quantity and destination port. For filter elements add end cap type, gasket and operating temperature/pressure. Photos or a worn sample speed up matching.
Yes. We work from CAD files, PDF drawings, hand sketches or returned samples. We confirm weave type, wire diameter, tolerance and edge finish before production and can advise if a standard catalog item is close enough to substitute.
MOQ depends on mesh fineness, material and processing. Common woven mesh and extruder screens often start from modest quantities; custom fabricated assemblies may need higher MOQ. Share your annual usage and we confirm the practical minimum on quote.
Mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and inspection reports can be arranged when noted on the RFQ. Scope depends on product type—mesh count check, wire diameter, aperture or filter integrity test as applicable.
Standard mesh rolls and common filter elements are often 7–15 days typical, confirmed per quote. Custom cut sizes, framed panels, welded assemblies and new tooling follow drawing review and sampling—lead time is confirmed after spec lock.
Yes—this is how most export buyers prefer to work. One engineering contact can quote woven mesh, filter discs, cartridges, wedge wire and strainers together, aligned packing and documentation.
