Five-layer Sintered Mesh

Five-layer sintered mesh combines protection, filtration, distribution and support layers into one bonded metal laminate. The sintering process gives the media a rigid structure and stable pore path for precision filtration.

Specify filtration rating, material, thickness, sheet size or finished part drawing, working pressure, temperature, cleaning method and edge requirement. KAIFIL can quote sheets, discs, tubes, cylinders, cones and welded assemblies.

Compared with loose woven mesh layers, sintered mesh keeps the filtration layer supported and dimensionally stable. Compared with perforated support alone, it provides both structural strength and filtration in a single fabricated media.
