Pleated Filter Cartridge

Pleated filter cartridges fold metal filter media around a support core to increase filtration area without increasing housing size. They are used when the process needs washable, reusable or high-temperature filter elements.

Specify the filter media, filtration rating, outside diameter, inside diameter, length, end cap style, gasket material, flow direction, operating temperature, pressure and cleaning method. For replacement elements, send a drawing or sample photos with key dimensions.

Compared with straight mesh cylinders, pleated cartridges provide longer service life and higher dirt-holding capacity. For fixed pore structure or backwash duty, sintered mesh or sintered felt media can be used inside the cartridge design.
