Engineering experience

KAIFIL engineers work with overseas OEMs, distributors and plant buyers to review drawings, replacement samples and operating conditions for wire mesh and metal filter parts. The work covers aperture and micron targets, mesh count, wire diameter, alloy grade, edge sealing, welding, forming and export packing requirements.

Product scope

• Woven wire mesh, plain weave, twill weave and Dutch weave mesh
• Stainless steel filter cartridges, filter cylinders and perforated-supported elements
• Sintered metal filters, wedge wire screens, filter discs and screen packs
• Custom fabricated wire mesh parts made from drawings, samples or replacement dimensions

Selection experience

Selection notes are based on practical RFQ review: filtration target, flow and pressure-drop expectations, corrosion exposure, cleanability, replacement fit, quantity, documents and packing requirements are checked before recommending a mesh, media or fabrication route.
